A search engine with more logical filters.
On the web of Simm, the search of properties is presented in most pages. It is the tool more used to locate the reference that best suited the users searches.
You can filter by municipality, if rental or purchase of property type, common features and maximum price. It also lets you select the type of organization that interests you most.
Image and video gallery
The display of the property is one of the features that we care more on the website of a real estate services. Simm gallery allows quick viewing from miniatures and each picture can extend the width of the page. Moreover, the website allows video playing with its integration to Youtube.

Simm website has been designed with the mobile display in mind. Some templates that are under the TYPO3 content management system are adapted to the different resolutions, so that the information is displayed optimally whatever the screen is.
